First Aid After Work (for retirees)

Who is this for?

This friendly and practical course is designed especially for older adults and retirees. The training is fun, clear, hands-on, realistic, scenario based so you leave feeling confident that you could help your partner or friend.

Some of this training requires to you be on the floor. Participants must be able to get to the floor.

If you have a group of 4+ get in touch for a quote. We also offer a 20% Armed Forces and Veteran discount.

What will be covered?

This course covers the following:

• Contacting Emergency services
• Recovery position
• Safe use of an automated external defibrillator
• Choking
• Bleeding
• Seizures
• Fractures
• Sprains and strains
• Heart attack
• Stroke
• Anaphylaxis
• Asthma

How will Inspire First Training deliver the course?

We can provide your facilitated session on-site at your premises, giving you flexibility, or alternatively at one of our venues in South cerney, Somerford Keynes, and North Cerney.
