A range of inclusiveness related subjects are covered, including:

  • Understand the concepts of Inclusion.
  • Understand protected characteristics and their importance in fostering inclusivity.
  • Analyse the role of assumptions in shaping perceptions and behaviours.
  • Identify and address micro-behaviours and subtle behaviours that can undermine inclusivity.
  • Recognise the significance of lived experiences in shaping perspectives.
  • Discuss strategies for challenging unacceptable behaviours effectively.

How will Inspire First Training deliver the course?

This course can be delivered face to face for 16 people, or interactively on Microsoft Teams for 8 people where participants require a camera and microphone.

This course is typically delivered over 3 hours.

Who is the awarding body?

Successful completion of this course is based on open and honest facilitated discussion. The trainer will provide a certificate of participation if one is required.
